May it be Your will that the fate of the missing shall soon be known and that all the captives of Israel, hostages and missing, shall return home to their loved ones speedily, sound in body and mind, as is written: “to proclaim liberty to the captives” (Isaiah 61:1) “and your children shall return to their borders” (Jeremiah 31:17).
